Intelsat General has become a growing supplier of global satellite services in support of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) participating in critical military operations.
Today, we provide Ku-band transmissions capacity on several satellites for communications supporting Predator and Global Hawk UAVs. We draw upon our experience in wideband communications to provide high-bandwidth reachback from UAV missions.
Intelsat General is ready to meet future demand for global satellite bandwidth that will foster emerging UAV applications in military campaigns and homeland security.
